Three phases, each with an entry condition rather than a date.

Phase 1. Wheels in the field

Entry condition: W1 completes the evaluation harness at 95 percent on ward delivery in the lab, running Brain in Solo mode with a third-party audit of its offline mode. Deployment: one hospital through RoMi-H as the first Crew site, with W1 and a Brain Kit body sharing one site memory, and Punggol Digital District alongside. Crew in front of at least one other vendor's fleet.

Phase 2. Legs on the deck

Entry condition: B1 completes 100 hours on the deck mock-up without a fall requiring repair. Deployment: Tuas Living Lab lashing trials with PSA, the first biped port deployment anywhere with published outcome data.

Phase 3. Region

Entry condition: two paying sites with published scoreboards. Markets: ASEAN, Japan, Korea, the Gulf, Europe. The United States through arms and Crew as software.
