What it does

Crew is Tidewell Brain running in its connected mode. It gives every robot on the site one governed memory, assigns tasks across robots from different vendors and the staff who work beside them, calls the systems the site already runs, and gates every consequential action behind a verifier and a named human.

What is shared

Core memory: the site's map, procedures, safety rules, people and exception policies, changed only through a human gate. Short-term memory: the live world state, task board and last hour of events, written by every robot. Long-term memory: what happened and what was learned, consolidated on the site server. The full description is on the Tidewell Brain page.

Safety design

One agent, one narrow job. One crew, one outcome. One human, one final approval. Every action audited. Dead-man switches on every physical command and a stated latency budget per gate. Crew never runs a manipulation policy or a safety function off the robot; if the link drops, each robot falls back to Solo within two seconds.

How it is delivered

A Tidewell site appliance by default, an RTX Pro 6000 class server that we image, harden and support. Software on a customer's qualified GPU server on request.

Runs with or without Tidewell hardware

Crew is sold standalone. A hospital already running delivery robots from two vendors can put Crew in front of both through RoMi-H, and bring a Unitree body into the same crew with the Brain Kit.
