    Force-controlled contact policies and on-device fixture perception for a wet-zone body on the W1 platform, trained on our own data.

    Whole-body control for W1 and B1, sim-to-real on our own actuators, safety-rated stop behaviours.

    Mechanical engineer, hands and actuation

    Design and iterate dexterous hands and tactile fingertips on commodity actuators. Own the deck mock-up.

    Post-train open VLA models on deployment data, run the evaluation harness, publish results.

    Functional safety engineer

    Take W1 through ISO 13482 and ISO 3691-4, IEC 61508 safety functions, IMDA registration and UN 38.3.
